If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have any/all applicable tags still intact and items returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must be received by High Tide Society within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- We do not accept returns based on “not wanting” the item.
- High Tide Society will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as
undeliverable and returned to High Tide Society. In the case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages not delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. In a case of a missing package on international orders, we will offer a 70% refund, we will not be able to send out a second package. Contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item to:

- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the item(s) refund amount.
- How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.
- Customer pays return shipping fees and restocking fees unless the item was initially shipped incorrectly. Upon return of the incorrect item, we will review and remediate the issue and resend the correct item(s) right away.
- How you handle lost or damaged returns.
